44. Notice regarding outbreak of fire on vessels to be given by Master, etc.
(1)Any person noticing a fire in a ship shall immediately :--(a)inform an officer of the ship who shall be responsible for raising the alarm required under sub-rule (2)(b)if the ship is alongside a quay, treat the fire as on shore and raise the alarm required under sub-rule (2) and also inform an officer of the ship who shall also raise the alarm required under sub-rule (2)
