Section 90(2) in The Manipur Co-operative Societies Act, 1976
(2)A society to which sub-section (1) is applicable shall pay to such authority such fee as may be prescribed within a reasonable time, and if it fails to pay such fees within a reasonable time, the authority may recover it as if it were an arrear of land revenue.
