Section 100(3)(a) in Rajasthan Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1996

(a)The Director Pension shall determine the amount of the balance of the gratuity after adjusting the amount, if any, outstanding against the deceased Government servant and issue a Gratuity Payment Order on the Treasury/Pension Payment Officer.
