Section 6 in The Emergency Risks (Goods) Insurance Scheme
6. Goods in transit.
- For the purposes of this scheme, goods in transit shall be deemed throughout the period commencing on the date on which they are consigned to any carrier and ending on the date on which they are delivered to the consignee to be situated in the Presidency town or district in which the place of consignment is located.
