Section 10(2) in The Orissa Forest Shooting Rules, 1973
(2)In case of a free permit to be issued under Rules 7 (b), 8 and 9, applications shall be made to the authority specified in these rules with the proof of a valid licence under Arms Act, 1959 (Act 54 of 1969).
