Section 3(3) in The Jharkhand Special Courts Act, 2016
(3)No persor shall be qualified for nomination as a Judge of a Special Court unless he is a member of Jharkhand Superior Judicial Service and is or has been a Sessions Judge/Additional Sessions Judge in the State.
