This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 354, dated 07.07.2010, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 325, 326, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Nuh.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have been enlarged on bail pursuant to the directions issued by this Court dated 24.08.2010 and they have joined investigation.
Learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, on instructions from ASI Shish Ram, who is present in person, states that the petitioners have joined investigation.
Considering totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is allowed. Order dated 24.08.2010 is made absolute, subject to the limitations provided under Section 438(2) of the Code. Petitioners-accused shall participate in the investigation as and when they are required.
