        Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the  direct the 1st and 2nd
respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 21.09.2016 as
accordance with law  by considering the S.C. population in the Sivaviduthi
village and to dereserve or withdraw the reservation for the Schedule Caste
(Women)  to the post of president of Sivaviduthi village panchayat in
Tiruvonam Union in Thanjavur District  for the election 2016-2021 and to
allot the said post of village panchayat to the general category (Women) as
per rotation.

:ORDER  

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
