Section 20 in Goa State Higher Education Council Act, 2018
20. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or the Council, or any officer of the Government or any member, officer or employee of the Council in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
