84. Plumbing.
- The planning design, construction and installation of water supply, drainage and sanitation and gas supply system in a building shall be in accordance with the Part IX (Plumbing Services Section 1, Water Supply, Section 2, Drainage and Sanitation, Section 3, Gas Supply as the case may be) of National Building Code of India prepared by ISI and as prevalent at the time of execution of the work.
