58. Purchase price payable in instalments or hi lump.
- The put chase price determined under Section 57 shall be payable in sixteen equal annual instalments:Provided that where the purchase price is less than Rs. 160, the number of instalments shall be so fixed by the Land Tribunal that the amount payable in each instalment shall not be less than Rs. 10:Provided further that it shall be open to the cultivating tenant to pay the entire purchase price in a Jump, in which case the amount payable shall be only seventy-five per cent of the purchase price.
