Section 352 in The City of Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948
352. Service of notice, etc. how to be effected on any person otherwise than as owner or occupier of premises.
- When any notice, bill, schedule, summons or other document is required by this Act or by any rule or by-law made thereunder to be served upon or issued or presented to any person, otherwise than as owner or occupier of any land or building, such service, issue or presentation shall be effected -(a)by delivering at some post office the said notice, bill, schedule, summons or other such documents under cover bearing the address of the person concerned and obtaining therefor a certificate of posting, or(b)by giving or tendering to such person the said notice, bill, schedule, summons or other such documents, or(c)by both methods.
