State of West Bengal - Subsection

Section 33(2)(a) in The West Bengal State Council Of Technical Education Act, 1995.

(a)all properties and assets under the control of the former Council and all rights, liabilities and obligations acquired or by the former Council before the commencement of this Act shall vest in the Council in accordance with such order as the State Government may make in this behalf;
