1. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, has submitted that since in the joint order of the even date passed by this Court in CRM-M-4068 & 4063-2016, a direction has already been issued to the respondent-State/Investigating Agency as well as the Bank concerned to de- freeze the account of respondent No. 2 Manoj Shrivastava to the limited extent necessary for release and transfer of the amount of Rs.5.10 crores lying therein to the designated account of the present petitioner/Liquidator Mr. Atul Mittal, the present petition may be disposed of.
2. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of.
