Section 6(i) in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Reservation of Seats and Offices of Gram Panchayats, Mandal Parishads and Zilla Parishads) Rules, 2006
(i)For purposes of reserving wards under these rules any fraction less than one-half shall be ignored and any fraction equal to or more than one-half shall be counted as one.
