13. General disqualification for services under the Authority
No person who has directly or indirectly by himself or through his partner or through his agent, any share or interest in any contract, by or on behalf of the Authority he or in any employment under the Authority, other than as an officer or employee thereof, shall become or remain an officer or employee of the Authority.
