Section 31(2) in The Delhi Vidyut Board Rules, 1997
(2)While applying for the previous sanction of the Government under sub-section (1) of Section 65 of the Act, the Board shall furnish all such particulars of the amount, purpose, nature and circumstances of the proposed borrowing as the Government may require/prescribe.
