109. Penalties for offences not provided for elsewhere. - Whoever contravenes any of the provisions of this Act or of any rule made thereunder shall on conviction, if no other penalty is elsewhere provided by or under this Act for such contravention be punishable with fine which may extend to Rs. 200.
