Section 44(1) in The Orissa Registration Rules, 1988
(1)The procedure prescribed by Rule 41 shall apply also in the case of documents referred to in Section 26 provided that the period of four months referred to in that rule and may extended period allowed under the proviso to Sub-section (1) of Section 34 must be reckoned from the date of such documents in India and not from the date of their execution.
