Section 14(1) in Chhattisgarh Audyogik Nivesh Protsahan Adhiniyam, 2002
(1)There shall be formed, upon a request to be made in writing by the investor, a Local Co-ordination Committee for a project for the purpose of resolving local issues that arise in the timely implementation of the project.
