Section 13 in Maharashtra Co-operative Societies (Election to Committee) Rules, 2014
13. Appointment of an Observer.
- The SCEA may nominate an observer who shall be an officer the of Government to watch the conduct of elections of a co-operative society and to perform such other functions may be entrusted to him by the SCEA.
