HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 02/02/2023 It has been stated that petitioners have participated in the process of recruitment on the post of Basic Computer Instructor and petitioners stand in merit, however, they have questioned answers of few questions in these writ petitions. It has been further stated that since respondents are going to complete the selection process, therefore, petitioners at least may be permitted to appear before respondents for document verification.

In addition, copy of writ petition be served in the Office of Mr. S Zakawat Ali, AGC and in the Office of Mr. Nalin G Narain, AGC. Their names be shown in the cause list.
