185. Final report of Liquidator and termination of proceedings.
(1) After the liquidation proceedings including distribution of assets of society have been closed, the Liquidator shall submit a final account and report to the Registrar.(2)On receipt of the final report from the Liquidator, the Registrar shall terminate the liquidation proceedings, issue a certificate of dissolution, cancel the registration of the society and discharge the liquidator.
