24. Powers to search on reasonable suspicion.
- Any Kahcharai Officer may search any place or premises;Provided that such officer has reason to believe that taxable or prohibited animals are concealed therein:Provided further that no dowelling house is searched by an officer lower in rank than a Forest Ranger.
