27. Application for registration.
(1)All applications for registration under section 23 shall be sent direct to the Registrar.(2)The Registrar shall place all applications under this section before the committee of the appropriate council appointed for the purpose for its report.(3)The report of the committee under sub-section (2) shall be placed before the appropriate council for its decision.
