Section 17(2) in The Delhi Minorities Commission Act, 1999
(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything dine or any action taken by the Resolution referred to in sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act as of the provisions of this Act were in force at all material times.
