Section 6(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1982
(1)The State Government shall from time to time constitute for each division in which forest produce is grown or found an Advisory Committee which shall consist of not more than 5 members nominated by the State Government.
