Date: 01-04-2015 The selection or non-selection on the post of Aganbari Sevika can be very well looked into by the District Programme Officer. The petitioner instead of approaching the said authority has moved every other authority except the designated authority. This Court has no occasion to pass any order in favour of the petitioner in the above circumstance. Writ is dismissed.

Let the petitioner move the competent authority.
