Section 63(1) in Punjab Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Act, 2006
(1)No person other than a self-supporting co-operative society registered under this Act, shall carry on business under the name or title of the word "self-supporting co-operative society" or its equivalent in any Indian Language or in any other manner, use this word while carrying out any trade or business.
