Section 21(1) in Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University Act, 1999

(1)There shall be constituted a Planning Board of the University which shall be the principal body of the University and shall also be responsible for the monitoring of the developments of the University on the lines indicated in the objects of the University.
