Section 7(3) in The Tamil Nadu Advocates' Welfare Fund Rules, 1989
(3)The Trustee Committee shall send to the Bar Council and the Government half-yearly and annual reports showing the receipts to, and disbursements from, the Fund and other particulars and on such other occasion as may be required by the Bar Council.
