Section 38 in The Competition Commission of India (General) Regulations, 2009
38. Dress code for participating in ordinary meetings of Commission.
(1)The Members, officers and employees of the Commission, the Director General, parties to any proceeding and their counsels shall attend the ordinary meetings of the Commission in the national dress or in lounge suit or jacket with tie. Ladies may wear jacket over sari or salwar kameez.(2)Where a counsel belongs to a profession which has prescribed a dress for appearing in their professional capacity before any Court, Tribunal or such authority, he or she may appear in that dress and attend the ordinary meetings of the Commission.
