The hearing of the case was held through video conferencing on account of restricted functioning of the Courts.
The learned counsel representing the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, has pointed out that the lead case arising from same notification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, has already been decided in RFA-1059-2020, titled as "Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited Vs. Sandeep and others", decided on 06.10.2021. These appeals have been listed with the office report that the service of notice on some of the respondents is not complete.
Normally, once the lead case is decided and there is no enhancement, the landowners do not contest the petitions and such appeals remain pending with the Registry.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, these appeals are disposed of in terms of the decision in RFA-1059-2020, titled as "Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited Vs. 5 of 6 ::: Downloaded on - 16-01-2022 00:33:49 ::: RFA-1062-2020(O&M) and -6- other connected cases.
Sandeep and others", decided on 06.10.2021, with a liberty to the unserved respondents to file an application for revival, if they feel aggrieved.
All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
