Section 48(1) in Gujarat Organic Agricultural University Act, 2017
(1)Every affiliated centre or college or recognized institution shall furnish such reports, returns and other information as the Board may, after consulting the Academic Council, required for enabling it to judge the efficiency of the centre or the college or the institution.
