1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / defendant submits that the civil suit filed by the respondent / plaintiff No. 1 is pending consideration since 2015 and despite order of this Court dated 28.11.2017, the trial Court is not proceeding with the matter.

2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. As the matter is pending consideration since 2015, the Civil Judge, Class-I, Katghora, District Katghora is directed to expedite the trial and conclude it within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
