Section 73(1) in The Orissa Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 1958
(1)The licensed trader shall provide or arrange to provide all such necessary authorised weights and measures and authorised weighing instruments at the time of taking delivery of agricultural produce sold in the market area as may be specified in the bye-laws.
