- When a female prisoner sentenced to death declares herself to be pregnant and the Medical Officer is unable to certify to the truth or otherwise of the statement, he shall record the fact and the interval of time necessary to enable him to arrive at a decision on the point, in writing. This record with the warrant attached. shall be forwarded to the Sessions Judge.
