1. The error pointed out in the Tribunal's Order No. A-1876-Cal/2000 dated 15.11.2000 is that the Circular No. of the Board mentioned in para 2 should be '261/24/7/90-CX.8 dated 18.4.90' instead of Circular No. 261/24/2/90-CX.8 dated 16.5.90'. After hearing Shri V.K. Chaturvedi, learned SDR for the Revenue we rectify the above mistake. The Miscellaneous Application is disposed of in the above term.
