Section 32 in The Delhi Preservation Of Trees Act, 1994
32. Transit of felled material.
-The provisions of sections 41 and 42 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Central Act 16 of 1972) shall mutatis mutandis, apply to the transit of the felled trees under this Act.
