(f)["Registrar"] [Substituted by Amendment in 1994 vide G.S.R. 218, dated 21st April, 1994 for 'register'.] means the [registrar] [Substituted by Amendment in 1994 vide G.S.R. 218, dated 21st April, 1994 for 'register'.] of Indian fishing boats appointed under section 435E of the Act;
