(2)The Superintendent of a Jail while sending a condemned prisoner to Mental Hospital in the State for treatment or observation shall requisition special police Guard to escort the condemned prisoner to the Mental Hospital.Note 1. - If the court's judgment does not contain full particulars of the offence committed, a copy of the Police report on the arrest, or that of the Police roznamcha, should accompany the lunatic.Note 2. - All Government property accompanying a lunatic on transfer to a Mental Hospital should be returned to the despatching jail.
