Section 44 in The Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2005
44. Repeal and Savings.
- The Chhattisgarh Niji Kshetra Vishwavidyalaya (Sthapana Aur Viniyaman) Adhiniyam, 2002 (No. 2 of 2002) and orders, rules, resolutions, if any, in force immediately before the commencement of this Act, are hereby repealed and rescinded, as the case may be :Provided that all orders made or actions taken under the Act so repealed, except under Sections 5 and 6, shall be deemed to have been made or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.[Schedule] [Inserted by C.G.
