Section 33(1) in First Statutes of the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad
(1)The Institute shall constitute a Grievances Committee to examine grievances other than performance appraisal related matters, if any, of the faculty, technical and administrative staff. Any grievance received by the Committee shall be expeditiously dealt with on the merits of the case and upon providing personal hearing for the aggrieved employee.
