Section 45(3) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1991
(3)The Head of market shall see that prompt payment is made by trader after the sale is concluded:Provided that he or any of his subordinates shall not be party for effecting disbursement of any amount to the producer.
