Section 5(iii) in The Manual of Procedure for Alternative Disputes Resolution 2009 to be Used by the Courts in the State of Rajasthan as Well as by the Arbitrators for Disposal of Cases
(iii)The Arbitrator shall set the date, time and place of hearing which shall be scheduled to take place within 30 days of his appointment and the same shall be notified.
