The petitioner, who is working as Piece Meal Worker in the trade of Tyreman Helper with Regional Manager, HRTC Unit Una, Distt. Una, HP, has come up before this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to convert his services on contract basis. In this regard the petitioner has already made representation dated 1.7.2020 (Annexure P-13) which is still pending before the authorities concerned.

2. Notice. Mr. Ajay Chauhan, Advocate, appears and accepts service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

3. In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.

4. Consequently, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent/authorities to decide the representation of the petitioner, dated 1.7.2020 (Annexure P-

13), in accordance with law, within three months. While deciding the petitioner's representation, the respondent/ authorities shall also take into consideration the judgment delivered by the learned Single Judge of this Court in CWPOA No. 1517 of 2019, in case titled as Prem Singh vs. Himachal Road Transport Corporation & another, decided on 18.12.2019.

Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach this Court again, in case he still feels aggrieved and dissatisfied with the outcome of the representation. Pending application(s), if any, are closed.
