20. Reply of respondent.
(1)In the summons issued to the respondent, the time allowed for reply shall be stated and written reply, if any, shall be filed within the prescribed time unless the time for doing so is extended by the Bench.(2)The respondent shall submit 3 copies of the written reply for the Tribunal and one copy for the appellant.
