Section 8(b) in The Amended Assam Aided High and Higher Secondary Schools Employees Rules, 1965
(b)if on any information received relating to his/her nationality, age, health, character and antecedents, the appointing authority is satisfied that the probationer is ineligible or otherwise unfit for holding the appointment.
