HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE FARJAND ALI Order 11/10/2022 D.B. Criminal Appeal No. 173/1992 Since respondent - Harnam Singh son of Sohan Singh has died, the present appeal qua him was abated by this Court on 02.04.2003.
Mr. H.S.S. Kharlia, Sr. Advocate appearing for the respondents - Harnam Singh and Darshan Singh has pleaded no instructions on the last date.

D.B. Criminal Appeal No. 957/2002 This Court has taken into consideration the fact that appellant-Major Singh is presently lodged in some Jail at Punjab, vide order dated 03.08.2022 warrant of arrest was issued to secure presence of the accused-appellant Major Singh in this Court, which was to be forwarded to the Superintendent of Police, Hanumangarh for execution.
The warrant of arrest issued against appellant Major Singh has been received unserved with a report that he is at present lodged in Central Jail, Bathinda.
Taking into consideration the above fact, the Superintendent, Central Jail, Bathinda is directed to produce the appellant- Major Singh before this Court on the next date of hearing.
List the matter on 03.11.2022.
Let information in this regard be sent to the Superintendent, Central Jail, Bathinda immediately. D.B. Criminal Misc(Pet.) No. 5286/2022 Notices issued of the sureties of accused Major Singh are awaited. Let the same be awaited and list on 03.11.2022 with a fresh report.
