Section 33(2) in Regulations of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University
(2)All the civil amenities such as hospital, dispensary, schools, clubs, shopping centre, guesthouse, etc., shall be maintained by the Estate Officer.The rules for management, utilisation and service at these centres of civic amenities shall be as approved by the Vice-Chancellor.
